Project description: As a part of the contractor’s team we improved the custom CMT library for waste and sludge incineration plants and led the basic and detailed DCS engineering. We participated in the customer FAT of the DCS system, including typicals, graphics, faceplates, and testing of VACON frequency converters and Siemens motor starter modules. Conducting the FAT of the filter system prior to cold commissioning. We were leading the loop check, and heavily involved in cold and hot commissioning of the complete plant. Providing post-start-up support and optimization on customer request.
